2-run software 5.00 without box
3-go to product support tab
4-click on Box Tools

5-conect box
6-get ready to disconnect and reconnect the box
7-
after you click 'Restore Box' count 1 second,,, then disconnect the box.... Then when you see Downloading files from server,,, COnnect the box again}
